Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 12 minutes.
- 10 Air Squats
- 10 Push-Ups
- 10 Mountain Climbers (per leg)
REMEMBER!!!
- Set a target objective before your workout.
- "I will complete 4 total rounds of each exercise within the 12 minute time-limit."
- Be sure to fully engage your hips during the squats.

My target objective before my workout was to do as many rounds as possible with proper form. I manage to complete 16 rounds of push ups and 16 rounds of squats. I was going for the 16 round of mountain climbers but the timer went off so I wasn't able to finish my 16 round of mountain climbers. I felt my lower back muscles working my butt and my legs working all together I felt that my muscles were contracting differently for the reason being that I don't practice this work out that often and I also tried after doing them.
