WOD 060112
You'll notice that I left a couple of days out. I was trying to give some of you time to catch up with the workouts.
Today's workout is awesome!
Find a nice flat field, sidewalk, track, or parking lot to work in. We're doing sprints!
8 sprints of 40 yards
After each sprint do:
5 Burpees
5 Push ups
5 Air squats
5 Crunches
