The two types of rest are long term and short term.If you don't rest you can be depressed malaise and more risk for injury.This is a factual piece because it tells what can happen and it can be proven. I can tell because they didn't use words such as "i think"
ReplyDeleteRest days are really important because if you don't rest your muscles your not going to get bigger because you don't let your body repair it's self and your just going to over train and get nothing.

ReplyDeleteafter reading this article I have realized rest is more important then what you think. I have found out that if you dont rest properly it will effect your sports performance. Also reading this article I have found that not eating the right type of foods will also effect your sports performance.

The 3 reasons that rest is necessary which struck out to me is that you perform better in work outs, you have more energy, and it is easier to adapt to the exercises. I would say that this article is factual. I think this article is factual because it states a lot of facts and true statements that have been proven by the human body.
