ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS

What was your time?  At which set did you have to take a break or start to slow down in order to keep good form?  Explain in detail your thoughts about Burpees?  What could you have done as a substitute to the Air Squats?

  1. burpees are not to bad but around when i was on sets of five i started to slow down to keep my form. my time was 7 minutes and instead of air squats we could have done pylo squats

  5. i didnt go to school today mr.stein because i oversleep againg but i did the workout of the day i gat done in 13 minutes.
