- Walking Lunges (down and back the length of the court)

ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS
Comment on the following: Did the video help you at all? Which was your favorite part of the workout? Which was the weakest? What do you need to work on the most? Form? Breathing? Pace? We've been working out for almost 2 weeks now. Have you noticed any difference in your health? What about in your daily routine? Do not limit your responses to the physical differences. Consider the mental and emotional aspects as well.
i feel so much better but to sweaty it took me twenty three minutes to finish it it.

DeleteI completed 5 RFT in 16:40. During the last 2 rounds I checked individuals' forms and techniques to ensure proper mechanics were being followed. I definitely feel a big difference since my summer workouts were slow with heavy weights, whereas the workouts now are fast paced and full body.
ReplyDeleteAfter school I completed 5 RFT of 5 reps of 225 lbs. Deadlifts and 10 Burpees in 12:15. I collapsed on the ground afterwards out of pure exhaustion and it felt great. I want to feel that after every single workout.
