WOD 082012

I hope you all had a good weekend.  Let's get this week started right.

WORKOUT

5 RFT (Rounds for Time)
  • Walking Lunges (down and back the length of the gym)
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 20 Sit Ups
  • 10 Burpees
  • 25 Line Jumps
ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS

Post your time and comment on the following:  Which exercise would you consider your strongest?  Your weakest?  Why?  What is your long term fitness goal for this semester?

  2. 23:00 minute's, Push ups is my strongest atm. Getting a wonderful headache so.. I felt like I did great didn't cheat it

  3. made me not so tired anymore, but made my legs sore. veronica and i got done in 19min.

    My strongest exercise of the 6 would be the walking lunges, whereas my weakest would be the burpees. I have some work to do but I feel good. I'd like to finish this routine in 15:00 by the end of the semester.

  5. this exercise felt good i was a little sore afterwards. i like how it worked the whole body. my strongest was the push ups good job everyone.
