ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS
Post your time. In what ways could you alter each exercise to make it more challenging? Could you alter them for people who may not be physically capable of performing the exercises? During which exercise did you feel the most confident?
For squats I got 35,36,and 32 but I think by doing them too fast it made my knee hurt. I tried changing it by moving my leg in different positions to help and I think that helped me get through the 3rd set. For burpees I got 15,15, and 12 and those werent too challenging enough so next time I think ill add jumps at the end. For abs I just did regular sit-ups and I got 42,39, and 40. And for wall jumps I got 48,45,39. Overall it was a pretty difficult workout and I think my best workout was the sit-ups.

DeleteFor squats I did 8, 5, and 8. For burpees I got 10,8, and 4. For abs I started for sit ups and for the rest leg lifts. Last for wall jumps I got 40, 10, and 3. During wall jumps was when I felt the most confident in myself. This was my first work out and it was pretty difficult. I'd like to be able to do a full burpee, and more squats.
ReplyDeleteMy squats were 38 52 66 as I went on I pushed it harder to do better every round the squats were easy and felt good. Burpees were 32 36 49. I changed my technique a little bit but it worked better and felt better. My abs exercise I did leg lifts for the first round than the second round I did half and half and got 35 sit ups. The third round I did 54 situps they hurt but I pushed hard. On my wall jumps i did 77 88 94. As I went on found out faster I went faster it worked my body harder. My strongest exercise was probably burpees or or squats. Good job Jose you looked like you pushed yourself and i respect that.

ReplyDeletefor squats i gat for my first round around 22 second 25 third 50 for burpees first round 12 second 15 third 20 abs first round 40 second 70 third 60 wall jumps first 60 second 92 third 90 i felt pretty tired after the work out because it worked all of my body out and i haven't done that in awhile.
ReplyDeleteThis workout was a lot more difficult than I thought it was going to be, and i got tired very fast.. Veronica and i kept pushing though so we could finish. I felt the most confident when I was doing the squats. I think the squats are the easiest out of all the excercises.
