- 1 Sprint (down the length of the basketball court)
ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS
Post your time. What could you have done better? How do you know? Are any of the exercises easier to complete now than 4 weeks ago? How so? What are a number of changes you could make to this workout to make it even more challenging?

ReplyDeleteWhat I've could've done better is the Plyo-Squats, how do I know because I was the slowest on them.
What I've could've done to make it harder is to change the type of push-ups and abs work out.

My time was also 6 minutes and 45sec. I thought at first it was going to be a lot harder than it actually was. i pushed myself after the 3rd round, but I still feel like I could do better. It did make my legs burn though.

ReplyDeleteYhe workout was not as difficult as I thought it would be.You can really tell if someone is pushing them self or not.
By the 3rd round I was felling more burn.
