WOD 090512

Good morning!  Before you continue, make sure you go back and comment on yesterday's post.  Remember, you are being graded according to the rubric I handed out last week so be sure to

Now that you've done that, here is today's

WORKOUT

100 Burpees for time.  WATCH THE BURPEE VIDEO!  It will help you get through these with greater ease.



ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS

Post your time.  At what point did you start to feel your form give way?  What did you have to do to ensure you kept good technique?  This is going to be a measurement workout we use for the future.  What is your goal for the next time we do this workout?  What was going through your mind as you performed today's workout?  Why were you thinking that?

  1. my time was 9minutes and 17seconds.. after we got like 30 done I started sweating and getting hot. my goal for next time is to get a better time.

  3. The thing going through my head the whole time was not to give up. Next time i want to do all 100 in 5 minutes this time i got them done in 6 minutes and 8 seconds the workout felt great. in the last 15 my form gave away because of my knee.

    1. everyone that did the workout did great. i like the workouts a lot. i was glad to see everyone push through it i know some times were better than others but great job everyone

  4. My time was 8 Minutes and 53 Seconds. Like the whole work out my form felt awkward but I toughed threw it and got a nice time. What I did to keep my form together was to not think about the pain for frustration. Deon did great considering his leg is messed up good job man, also Ben nice job pushing threw! Jose! You also did great! because you didn't just do burpees you also added push-ups in them! good work to everyone!

  5. I gat them done in 15 minutes not really a good time but going to try to improve my time and overall it is a really good work out
