- We have been doing workouts for 2 months for some of you. Write a journal-like response explaining how are you feeling now compared to the beginning of the year? Could you be doing better? Explain. Where would you like to be by the end of the semester? Explain. (Able to do 100 squats without rest, 50 push-ups without rest, increase all AMRAPs and RFTs, smile more, have more self esteem, be less stressed, etc.)
i reached my goal i wanted 15 rounds and thats what i got. the workout felt good.
ReplyDeleteMy goal was 7 rounds in seven minutes. I didn't get to my goal,I did five rounds so I was only two rounds off my goal. When I did my burpees I only did half a burpee not a whole one. Two months into the school year, and I really still don't like the workouts.But I know that they are helping me get in shape for softball so I do them. I don't have a big goal to achieve before the end of the semester I just want to do the best I can do, and push myself.
ReplyDeleteMy goal was to get 7 rounds of these exercises in 7 minutes. I didn't reach my goal because I didn't try my hardest. I actually completed 4 rounds in 7 minutes. I didn't alter either of my exercises. I just did 5 burpees and 10 squats straight through 4 rounds because it seemed easier to me. I have only been doing the work outs for not that long as everyone else. I am feeling better about them now than when I did when I first started them. I could be doing a lot better if I pushed myself hard enough.I would like to be getting a better time and finishing when everyone else does by the end of the semester but I don't see that happening unless I push myself hard enough. I hope to be able to do a lot more number wise of the exercises. Also to have a positive attitude when doing them. To feel good about myself.

In what way?
Why? I didnt alter because I dont think I would be able to finsh.

At the beginning I was coming back into working out from the break we had, I was a little off and now that I'm back into it I find to simple to do each workout than last year because of that we kicked it up a notch and started to do harder workouts. I feel as I am at my goal already but I would like to be able to do 40 push-ups with out stopping, It would be nice.
I would also like to increase my RFT with burpees I notice I kinda lack in them but I'm good with squats, so I guess that makes up for everything.
