WOD 101112

WORKOUT

We are doing the workout from last Friday since almost no one was here by P.E. then.

100 Push-Ups
100 Abs
100 Squats

For Time!  Set a goal!




ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS

  • What was your time?
  • Did you achieve your goal?
  • If so, what is your goal for next time?  Be specific!
  • If not, how does that affect your attitude towards working out?  Will you reset your goal for next time?
  • Was there a pattern to your repitition of each exercise?  For example: 10 Push-Ups, 10 Sit-Ups, 10 Squats.  Perhaps you did all 100 Push-Ups first, then 100 Abs, then 100 Squats.
  • Did you do anything extra today?

  1. My time was, sit-ups 2:28, squats 2:35, and push-ups was 4:42. My goal for the workout was just to do them fast as possible. My goal next time is to improve all times.

  2. my time for all three together were 8:40. my goal was to sustain a good form and yes I did. My goal next time is to get them done a minute or two faster. I did 50 squats than 25 push ups than 25 heals to the heavens and back and forth until i reached 100 than I finished my squats. the workout felt great

  3. My time for these 3 exercises were 9 minutes and 41 seconds. I did achieve my goal. I got a decent amount of time for these work outs. It's still hard for me but it's going to take some time getting used to. There was a pattern for my repetition. I did 25 push ups, 25 abs, and 25 squats. Then, I did 25 of each of them again because I did 50 of each exercise all together. I did not do anything extra today. Still getting used to these work outs.
