  1. I did crunches i felt like it was harder than usual letting my legs hold up.

  2. I chose leg lifts, 12 sit ups, 9 v-ups, bicycles, and 18 heels to heaven. I chose these ab exercises so I can see what each one was like. Also so I didn't get tired of the same exercise. I did okay throughout the work out. I could have done better. I took a lot of breaks because I started to feel a lot of pain in my lower stomach. I increased and decreased for the number of exercises I did in each set to set. The specific goals I had for myself before this work out were to get a decent number of reps than I have in the past and to not take too may rest periods. I met my goals, I went a little longer on each exercise as I took breaks. My long term goals is to be able to do an exercise for the full minute with only a couple breaks rather than many.

  3. The ab exercises I choose to do was sit-ups, crunches, leg raises, and v-ups. I did really well for myself by doing 3 minutes straight with no rests and that was my goal for this workout to rest as least as possible. The next time we do this workout is to not rest for the whole 5 rounds.
