  1. my goal for this workout was just to get it finished in a decent amount of time. My time for this workout was 5minutes and 44seconds. If we were to do this workout again next week, my only goal would be to improve my time by just a little bit. I think it worked my legs the most in this exercise. I altered the burpees by just doing half a burpee.

1 My goal was to finsh the work out, and I did with a awesome time.

2 What are your goals for this same workout if we were to do it next week?
2 To get it done again with a better time then 5:13.

3 What are your goals for this same workout by the end of the semester?
3 To get a better time then 4:30.

4 Which muscle group did each exercise work? How can you tell?
4 It worked the legs and core.

5 In what way(s) could you alter each exercise for someone who needs more of a challenge?
5 You can add a jump, maybe alter the base of the workout like make your arms father apart or for this workout you can add a push-up to the burpees.

6 In what ways could you alter each exercise for someone who needs a lower level of difficulty?
6 You could do half burpees and also half squat's.

  4. My goals for today was to get a better time on my squats and burpees better than the time I got for my last work out. The time I got for today's work out was 6 minutes and 55 seconds. I am new to this, so I'm still getting used to the work outs. I did reach my goals. I did much better on my work out. I had better form and felt more confident in myself. My goals for this same workout if we were to do it next week, would be to do even better than I did today! My goals for this same work out by the end of this semester is to get a really good time and to maybe finish when everyone else does. The muscle group that each exercise worked would have to be my legs. I can tell because there was a burning pain in them. I could alter each exercise by adding a jump into it to make the exercise more difficult. I could show them how to do a half burpee to make the work out easier for them. Or spread your legs to make it more easier to do a squat.

  5. My goal today was to get a good workout in with good form and finish in a decent time. Today in my workout I got 5:13 and if I get a chance to do it in the future I would like to do it with better form and a better time.in today's workout i really worked out my legs and a little bit of my chest by doing the burpees and overall it was a great workout for the whole body.
