WORKOUT

5 RFT
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Squats
  • 10 Abs
  • 1 Frog Hop down the gym

  1. My time for this workout was ten minutes and fifty one seconds. Physically I feel good although my legs are kinda soar from the squats. Emotionally I also think i did pretty good, I think I probably could have done better on the abs. When i did frog hops I could mostly feel then in my legs.

    1. Good job! When I did frog hops, I felt them in my knees.

  2. My time for this workout was 12 minutes and 7 seconds. This is only my second workout, so it's going to take some time getting used to. Physically I feel tired and sore. My sensations are physically connected to my emotions because I feel like I could do better if I push myself far enough. When I did frog hops, I felt pain in my knees the most.

  3. The time that I got was 5:15. Physically I felt good after the workout and it really got me pumped up and feeling good as well. I definitely sore in my legs from the frog hops. Overall this is a good workout for the whole body.

  4. My end time was 4:40ish, After the work out I felt Physically and Emotionally good. I felt the Frog Hops in my core and legs.

  5. The time I got was 6:40. Physically I feel good as a person. I felt great I had a pretty good day and because of that I had a great workout.
