WOD 120313

WORKOUT

15 Minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

  • Frog Hop 1 width of the gym
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 V-Ups
  • Run 1 lap around the outside of the basketball court.


REMEMBER!

Set a daily objective!
example:  I will complete at least 7 rounds in 15 minutes.

  • How many rounds did you complete in the 15 minute time frame?
